      You know that your organization’s programs are great, but how do you help others understand your impact? Thoughtful program evaluation can help you successfully share your impact with funders, donors, volunteers, and your board. It can also help you design programs that draw more audiences to your mission. Evaluation doesn’t have to be overwhelming. There are practical tools and strategies available that can help you integrate evaluation into your programs. This session will help you learn how to identify the questions you want to ask and the data you need to collect to effectively evaluate your programs. Participants will learn: The importance of program evaluation What types of evaluation are most helpful to your organization’s need How to develop evaluation tools for your organization How to embed evaluation metrics into your systems for sustainability Led by:Jamie DeLeeuw, Ph.D. and Tamela Spicer, M.A. Cost: $60Free for GVSU students/staff with ID Deadline to register is January 31. Jamie DeLeeuw, Ph.D. is a research manager for the Johnson Center for Philanthropy. Jamie designs, implements, and manages community-based research projects, including those centered on collective impact initiatives and organizations’ impact on students’ educational success. Learn more about Jamie. Tamela Spicer, M.A. is a program manager at the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University.
